Final Settlement

Hi! Can anybody help me out?

My previous employer still hadn't cleared my final settlement, now my bonus is also due as well. its being 4 months now, i left the organisation. It's a public limited listed company. I repeated follow-ups about it, but they didn't give any answer. Can anybody suggest, how to recover it from them.
