Hi! Can anybody help me out?
My previous employer still hadn't cleared my final settlement, now my bonus is also due as well. its being 4 months now, i left the organisation. It's a public limited listed company. I repeated follow-ups about it, but they didn't give any answer. Can anybody suggest, how to recover it from them.

You can approach the labour court for your recovery of dues from the company.But I cannot say the time limit with which it will be handled as it is a goverment set up..But do make an application for the same
You can also approach a good Lawyer for issuing a Notice against the company for receovery of your dues
