At the time of Cancellation the Dealer will be filed his all returns and Settled his Liabilities...
Then He can file Cancellation procedure...
Note :
The Cancellation option not applicable for New Regsitration for "VALUNDARY REGISTERED TAXPAYER"

if he cancle the reg ... there he fill a applocable date from which date he surrender his gstn
ex - today 11 jan hi fill the date to surrender gstn so untill 11 jan he have to file all returns and liability
