Now that final registration fees is Rs.11500 for postal whether draft is to be made in the name of "Institute of cost and works accountants of india" or "Institute of cost accountants of India".

thats a big question Varun, As per me, for the time being they allow ICWAI.., better you confirm with cwa office.., All the best..
As the institute is accepting the examination fees in favour of "THE INSTITUTE OF COST ACCOUNTANTS OF INDIA" (https://exams.icwai.org/onlineapps/INSTRUCTION.HTM) so i presume that draft for registration for final level is also to be made in the same name.
I had given chq.on the name of "Institute of Cost and Works Accountants of India" on 22 Feb-12 for Oral coaching. its better if you confirm from your nearest chapter regarding same.
