Final reg letter

I have received my ca final reg. letter and in that it is mentioned that I am registered for final new course and my final exam will be due as per bos announcement 227.10 dated 06.08.2010. what is this plz can anyone help me .my articleship started on 19.08.2011. plz help me .is the letter correct or not. what shall I do .and my final will be due in may 14 or not.
