final preperation

For Financial Reporting, SFM and AMA - Padhukas as it covers ICAI material probs, past exam questions and past RTPs. prepared in a Q&A format with a view to help student to prepare for the exams from the point of view of exams. Very Much Exhaustive for the above subjects.

For Auditing - use V.K. Aggarwal coupled with Reliance compilers cos you are hard pressed for time, i personally feel that this combo will help u to prepare Audit in a limited time from the point of view of exams.

Corporate Law- Blindly follow Munish Bhandari's handbook. Prepared with simple english and in an exam oriented approach.

ISCA - If you are not comfortable with ICAI's study module for this subject. Dinesh Madan will be prepferred as language is simple and no technical jargons used in that book.

for DT- I recommend TN Manoharan(as i never used any other author's book and am comfortable with the same) coupled with ICAI's supplementary material and selected cases books relevant for your attempt

For IDT - Use Vaitheeswaran or Ajay Jain's book as they are prepared in a lucid and understandable language, less bulky and helpful in the view of exams.

PS: These books are recommeded as per my comfort and personal views.

Forgot to mention, FOr Accounting Standards - Use DS Rawat or MP Vijay Kumar's which u find comfortable

Its ok boss..btw, there are a lots of good books available in the market. u may select the book of ur comfort and prepare using them along with scanners and compilers. not necessarily follow what i mentioned blindly . seek advice from only one person cos too many cooks spoil the broth. This is just a suggestion from me not an advice. All the Best. Happy Reading
