Hi Ankit, 

Are you sure about that  because i got myself registered last week only and i was conveyed that CC papers need to be submitted. Also I could not find anything about this on institue website , is there any link which you can provide. Also i want to appear  only  for final group III is there any other formaliy that need to be completed.

Please advise

Yes i am pretty much sure about what i said, as for december'2012 attempt the CC's were not at all mandatory, as per the news letter. wef.25.05.2012. , all the level of students who are appearing right now are not mandated to write CC's, just they need to compelte the respective trainings and fill up the exam form that's it.

Point 8 is  just referring towards regulations 30 but no such regulation is there in the link  to verify, Also only for one group of final any training is necesarry and do GD/BC concepts also exists for final students.
