As per my opinion the answer is correct, Mr Vikram would he have to vacate his office even if the defaulting company is a private company
in ans (i) vikram has to vacate his office in tubelight ltd but not greenligjt ltd, which is correct answer. in (iii) the say the and is same as above but further say that je will have to vacate office in BOTH companies, which is wrong in my opinion.
I agree with you, he should not have to vacate his office in green light limited, but private companies can provide additional grounds of disqualification under it's article. May be assumption le kr green Ltd se vacate kiya ho but hona nahi chahiye get green Ltd.

exactly. An suggested and hi wrong ho toh imagine kitne Sahi log fail hue havi aur kitne halat log pass hue hai.

C'mon yar that disclaimer is given by every educational institute and every author and every publisher about not being responsible regarding mistakes in the contents of the material. That is to save themselves in legal disputes. SM PM RTP Suggested Answer sab me galtiyaan hai. But specifically regarding Suggested answer, it proves that checking me bhi mistakes hue hai. Why will they issue wrong answer if they have correct answer with them used in checking. The reason is that they don't.

Are you under new course? No mane nahi dekha. But already found one mistake in rtp regarding IBC 2016 question. So I know for sure new syllabus me wo mistake hogi.
