Final exam form

If u have not apperead in the exam then no need of filling it .if u want to get the rol number then call examination department noida

As you have not appeared for May'16 attempt, no need of giving details about it. For getting roll no.of Nov'15 attempt, you can check two sources:
1) marksheet sent by icai for nov.15 attempt
2) if you have question papers of nov.15 attempt, we all writes roll no.on it as soon as we recieve it in the examination hall. So you can get your roll no.from there.
