final exam eligibility only aft completin extension???? plz

hi,
    i have cleard my pcc 1st grup in nov 2008 and the second one in nov 2009..my formal 3.5 years articleship completion date is 28th sept.2010..the issue is i have an articleship extension of 289 days from 28th sept 2010...m i
eligible to appear for final (New) course dis nov i.e., in NOV 2010 or after completion of my formal+extended articleship??? for the latter case,,my attempt shall fall due in NOV 2011... immediate help requested....plz oblige..:/

As per ICAI regulations u can appear for ur final only after completion of ur articleship period including extension.

SO u have to complete the extension period before ur attempt.

you should complete your articleship period including excess leaves.

thnq..but i also got a news dat i cud attempt d first one i.e., dis nov sinc formal 3.5 years' articlship period stands over....?!

n learnin dat ICAI allows d student to appear for Final Exam first n then complete balance articlship?
