for letter formats in SAs, that must be various auditor's reports e.g. SA-700 etc... no, they don't come in exams.

for Board Resolution formats in law, yes, they do ask in exams... and might come in range of 5-8 marks... 

@ Mansi...u necessarily download the question papersof  May2013 Exams of final....u will come to know that this time in audit they asked the practical questions on CARO(audit report) including preparing the audit Report in SA 700/705...there was around two questions in which they asked for the report. Q.No. 6(b) nd 6(c)...u do this 6(b) was a very good question containing the applicability of CARO reporting , SA nd audit report format in one questions.......In LAW , they ask for atleast one question of board  resolution for atleast 8 marks..

Thanks for updation.. as at our time, these question were not asked generally... but if they are asking these in May 2013, yes, one should do them necessarily... infact, one must get prepared for it, atleast a performa-type so that they could handle such tricky questions..
and thus, do prepare for such in Audit and Law both.... thanks again...
