date of my articleship registraion is 13.03.2013, kindly tell me the attempt in which I am eligible to give ca final exams...

What do u exactly mean by provisional attempt ?
You can appear for the exam in the last six month of your training period. It should be Nov-2015, assuming your traiing would end on 12.03.2016.
your first or provisional attemp will be nov2015.

month in which the examination is to be held.
The one that you provided is for PE-II students.
you will be eligible for appearing in final exam in Nov 2015 after completing 2.5 year articleship
