Filling of return

Respected sir, I filled It return of ITR 4 for A.Y.2015-16 ..But in the return i was shown Presumptive Income...and have a Partnership Firm income that'y i filled ITR 4 instead of ITR 4S... Now i received a notice U/s.139(9) as P&L and balance sheet didn't mention in the return ....Now my question i was showed Presumptive income...what i am doing Now please advice me

since you have business income & filled itr4, you should fill return u/s 139(9) defective return, prepare a PL & BS, fill pl ac then show it as presuptive profit in business income.
