filling of form 32 for appointment of additional MD

Wat do you mean by an additional MD...Appointing a new person as an MD or Appointing an additonal director as a MD..

A Company is Authorized to have Maximum of Two Managing Directors Simuntaneously.  Refer to Section 269 of Companies Act.

For Appointment, Cessation or Change in Designation of  Manager, Secretary, Director of Any Kind Form 32 Needs to be Filed at any case, Further for appointment of Managing Director, Resoln Favouring the appointment of MD should be obtained from General meeting of Share Holders after the Board proposes and calls for the Same ( EGM ).
