Hello Sir,

I purchased a flat last year costing more than 50 L. I deducted 1% of TDS from builder and submitted to Gov.Have completed all formalities regarding form 26QB and Form 16B as well.
I am working as Software Developer so will be filling ITR-1. Now my Query is do i need to put this in my return while filling tax. If yes, request you to please suggest where and how.
It will be really helpful if you can illustrate this with example.

Thanks and Regards
Amit Soni

No need to declare any thing about TDS or payment to builder.......... as there is no column for such declaration in ITR...... At the same time it would reflect in Form 26AS.........

Thank You Sir

Most welcome Dear
