Filing with DSC IS cancelled

when I am filing GSTR3B for Oct 2020, I am getting error message as 'DSC IS cancelled '. And when i try to re register, i am getting an error message as 'certificate already registered with another authorized signatory'. what's the issue and possible solution.

It might be that another DSC is being registered with the gst registration number

First go to profile section and check whose DSC is registered.
