1. could anybody tell me which ITR form will be used for an HUF earning rental income.

2. will the same ITR be used in case of an individual in receipt of rental income

3.which is the best and the easiest way of filing ROI

1. For HUF, ITR -2 to be used.

2. For Individual, in case income is from one house property then, ITR-1. else, in case income is from more than 1 house property then ITR-2.

3. ITR can be filed online as well as Manually. In case of E filling, in case you don't have digital signature, then ITR-V needs to be filled with the ITR Department.

Hi Rahul can you tell me what are the income for which ITR-1 will be filed and also tell me for other ITR's too?l

ITR -1 Can be used for the follwing Incomes >

(a) Income from Salary/ Pension; or
(b) Income from One House Property (excluding cases where loss is brought forward from previous years); or
(c) Income from Other Sources (Excluding Winning from Lottery and Income from Race Horses).
Further, in a case where the income of another person like spouse, minor child, etc. is to be clubbed with the income of the
assessee, this Return Form can be used only if the income being clubbed falls into the above income categories.
