Please solve my query , If the article student doing Accounting work for small co. from home, wht will be the nature of income & At wht rate TDS will deduct by the co.

If employee work as part time or full time or assignment accounting work, whatever may be. it can be treated as fultime employee and will deduct tds asper IT Act. THIS INCOME SHOULD BE DECLARE UNDER OTHER SOURCES

But whether the article student can be declared as part time employee of the company ?

article clerk cannot be part time employee. If the amount exceed Rs. 20,000 in a year TDS in the category of professional is required to be deducted u/s 194J.
