Sir,

One of my relative, aged about 75 years and a cancer patient, did some share transactions during FY 2018-19. She filed returns up to AY 2018-19 ( FY 2017-18), thereafter she fell ill and till date could not file IT Return for AY 2019-2020. Can her Return be filed now ? Whether date has been extended for filing Return for AY 2019-20.

Yes any family members can file return as representative, last date for A.Y 2019-20 extend till 31/07/2020, first you have to add one person as representative my login in his profile
