 i did not file I T return of my individual file A.Y. 2008-09 and onwards (ITR 4) wat is d remedy? can i able to file now ...

You shall be able to file the Income Tax Return only for A.Y 2010-2011 and A.Y 2011-12.

pls state the reason for non filing...as you will have to provide the reason for non filing of returns...and as stated earlier u can file for 2 years only...

You can file for A.Y.2010-11 and A.Y. 2011-12

for other previou year if you have not received any notice than you cannot file for the same.
