ITR2 on Java utility is not uploading

Is it showing about any error or what? Please confirm that is it validating & X M L generated on Java Utility.
no error on validation but not uploading by pressing submit button
use Log in Lite
May be bcoz of load it's not getting uploaded. Try after some time.
