Can we show presumptive income( business income) u/s 44ad in itr 3. I have capital gains from sale of listed equity shares

I am not able to file itr2 for last 3/4 days.....giving schema error try after some time
any way to clear schema error and file itr2?

Yes you can file Income u/s 44AD in ITR-3 also
