Can we show presumptive income( business income) u/s 44ad in itr 3. I have capital gains from sale of listed equity shares

Shivam you need to fill ITR 4
ITR 3 gives an option to disclose the capital gain also.
Yes you can file Income u/s 44AD in ITR-3 also
