Register as legal heir or authorised person to verify her ITR and file her ITR in June or July
Go in income tax site, then go to authorised representative, then go to legal hiers, then click things you should know, there u will find list of documents needed

Firstly, you have to register as a legal heir on the income tax website. For that, you must have either a surviving member certificate, legal heir certificate, succession certificate, or a will.

Secondly, the return of the deceased person (i.e., your mother) has to be filed by you in the capacity of a legal heir by using the login created above till the date of her death.

All the income after her date of death will be clubbed in your income and thus, the income will be reported in your ITR only.

If second name in bank SB AC exists along with name of deceased, then bank certificate for such second holder is also valid document for filing as legal hiers

Get a legal heir to the property . if there are other heirs , a succession certificate is required.
the return of the deceased person can be filed by the next legal heir.
Till the death of mother, all the income accrued or araise should be taxable in the deceased PAN . You may take permission from IT dept to verify the ITR
