I failed to obtain Form 29 B from CA for one of our Company wherein MAT benefit is availed in Computation of Income..
Though the Company is under Tax Audit, hence obtained Form 3 CA-3CD before 30th September
ITR is yet to be filed
Can we file Form 29 B after 30th September but before filing ITR
