filing of form 26A for non deduction of tds

kindly help me in filling the form 26A.
I have gone up to uploading Annexure A by but it was rejected by showing error "no decduction count does not match".

Dear it is 24Q, I have to download the conso file and revise it.
It is very simple to download for cpctds.Gov.In whereas to rectify the error.
Go through the file u will definitely get to know where is the problem.
