I have filed Form 23 for change in the object clause of MoA on 25/03/2013. What is the next step to comply with for incorporating the amendment in the Company's MoA?? Within what time does the ROC issue the certificate of approval??

if any amendment is required in Memorandum of association of the company , then you need to fil form 23 with the amended MOA.
Think you have done the same.
The Registrar of companies will not give any certificate for this.
You just keep a binded copy of Amended MOA and AOA for companies record.
That itself is enough.
