Check for Portal Updates: The Income Tax portal may have gone through recent updates or maintenance. Ensure you are using the latest version of the portal and that you are logged in correctly.
Access Form 15CB via e-filing: You can still generate and submit Form 15CB via the e-filing portal. While logged in as the CA, go to the "e-File" section and search for Form 15CB under the "Forms" tab. From there, you can complete the necessary certification and submit the form.
Use Utility for Bulk XML Generation: Alternatively, you can use an Excel-based utility for bulk XML generation of Form 15CA and 15CB. This tool helps you prepare and file both forms efficiently and ensures compliance with the portal’s requirements.
