Filing of eform chg 1 for loan obtained from world bank
as new form chg1 requires pan of chargeholder. loan is taken from world bank which is exempt under order of govt of India from obtaining PAN. how form will be filed at mca site as the chargeholder doesn't have Pan?

You can raise a ticket on MCA portal to get solution to the problem.
Sir I have raised even they are unable to resolve my issue. Even ministry is informed in this regard.
Dear Prakash,
It is technical problem, you cannot upload the form unless you insert PAN Number, hence you insert one dummy number in the pattern of PAN number, it is not correct or advisable method but you donot have any other alterantive to file the form since PAN number does not linked with DSC, system will take form.
