Filing of Charge CHG-1

Charge is created in the month of January but didn't filed the Form CHG-1. So need to file the form along with the penalty fees is that correct?

Correct.

As per the latest provisions, CHG-1 is to be filed within 120 days of creation. If it goes beyond said time period, Company has to file for condonation of delay to Central Government as portal will not allow you to file the form.

Company have not filed chg-1 what will be the course of action?
The time limit of filing form hs been crossed.... now u can request the banker to provide the sanction letter for the present date and file form CHG 1...
