Filing of adt-1 in case of first auditor of a private limited company

Dear sir,
first auditor of the company shall be appointed by the board of directors of the company with in 30 days from the date of incorporation of a company
The same is subject to the approval of members in first AGM. when the appointment of auditor ratified by the members in AGM Adt-1 is to be filed with in 15 days of AGM
