How to file AY 2009-10 ITR 2, as I have paid Self Asst Tax also but now its showing Error uploading file contact DIT Administrator. Please help me how to Efile? Thanks in advance....

Validate the file you want to upload.
You can only file ITR of A.Y. 09-10 with penalty of Rs.5000/- U/s 271F.
Penalty of Rs 5000 under section 271F is not mandatory. It is the maximum that can be imposed. However the department will give you an oppertunity to explain the delay before imposing any penalty.
