Validate the file you want to upload.
You can only file ITR of A.Y. 09-10 with penalty of Rs.5000/- U/s 271F.
Penalty of Rs 5000 under section 271F is not mandatory. It is the maximum that can be imposed. However the department will give you an oppertunity to explain the delay before imposing any penalty.
