FILING ITR 1 FOR A HOUSE WIFE WITH NO INCOME.

My wife has no income but have some FD in SBI and they deducted Rs 3684.00 as TDS for financial year 2019-2020. I enrolled her name in the income tax site and ready to file ITR 1 and in ITR1 form everything has been prefilled and interest on bank deposit is shown as Rs 69831.00 and tax already paid as Rs 3684.00 ( amount of tax charged by SBI) and as she has no income there is a tax refund of Rs 3680.00 (rounded down to 3680.00) . So far everything is clear to me , I am just asking whether I put the interest on deposit in the Net salary column. Is it necessary but it is not her salary it is only income from bank deposit. Now it is zero as she has no income at all. Shall be glad if any one give me some advice.

As your wife have No income other than Interest from Fixed deposit, than you are not required to put anything in Net Salary or other column.(As thier is no Salary income)

You just have to show interest from Deposit in income from other sources, which is already their as auto populated.
