Dear Sir / Madam

This is in reference to the above mentioned subject may I request you to inform me whether persons having total taxable income less than 5 lakhs in the Financial Year 2013-2014 relevant to the A.Y 2014-2015 are supposed to file return this time on or before the due date i.e., July 31, 2014

If the persons are supposed to file return I would like to request you to provide me the notifications issued by the authority.

due date of filing return is not subject to your income but it is decided on whether you are liable for tax audit or not. for those who are liable for tax audit, due date is 30th sept. for those not liable for audit, due date is 31st july.... you can refer to sec. 139(1) for more details.
