Attach the same with form 23 ACA
The Company is required to prepare Corporate Governance Report which is attached with Form 23 AC & ACA alongwith Notice,Directors Report, Management Discussion Analysis, Auditors Report and accounts.Further the Company is required to submit a quarterly compliance report within 15 days from the end of the quarter.For the format, u can refer the Listing agreement...
