File return

Dear Sir,

1. go to efilling site on income tax and then create your login id with your pan (put a password which is easy to remmember)

2. Activate your a/c from the email provided by you.

3. Choose your return from the site.(in execl utility)

4. Fill it and make an xml of it.

5. now upload it in your a/c by clicking on submit return.

Another way is also there if you want to file a salary return only i.e ITR 1.

it can done from your account itself on income tax site.

Prepare computation of income for the relevant year. And depending on the source of your income ie salary, interest, business, profession, you may choose the correct IT return form. If it is your first time, take the print out of the IT return form, fill it up to your satisfaction, and finally enter data in the excel utility to avoid mistakes.
