As per FEMA or RBI regulation is there any restriction for borrowing loan from NRI (> USD2,50,000) by a resident individual, company or firm.
Also, need to know the procedure for availing such loan as per regulation.

I don't think there is a specified limit under FEMA (Capital a/c transaction).
