Yes the amalgamated company cant pay additional fee for increase in auth capital...But, the only pre-requisite is that this must be mentioned in the Scheme of Amalgamation so that the Hon'ble Court can sanction the same.
As per my view there is no need to pay add fees bt subject to court's appoval as i above said
