What will be the fee for filing Form Inc-32 with the authorised capital of Rs. 2,00,000/- ?

Hi Tripti,

The Fee for Integrated Incorporation Form - Spice - INC-32 is:
Rupees 2,000/- (Two thousand only)

Kindly refer to Page No. 29 of the Help/Intruction kit of the form.

Kindly, let me know whether MCA calculated roc fee as per small company or pvt ltd

If possible attach GAR 7 challan
