If Income 280000 after Rebate 87A Tax Balance Nil. File Return after 31'July then 234F applicable?

Yes... If your gross total income is less than 2.5lakhs then that sec is not applicable if you will file after due date...
If file my return for AY 2018 19 with less than 5lakhs and paid 1000 penalty under 234F. After filing original return i realised i have forgone to show some income, now it is 8lakhs, while filing revised return, i have to pay any extra penalty???
Yes... If Your Taxable income is exceeding 5 lakhs...
