Can I make a Fixed Deposit in bank from the funding amount I have received from VC ?
Example >>
Funding amount received from VC is 6 Cr, can I make FD of 4 Cr in bank for certain period ?
It would be great help if someone can answer this query.

Check your contract with your investors and take decision accordingly. For short term investment, generally it is not prohibited.
