Since FBT is ablioshed now. Is the FBT chapter applicable for CA Final Nov'2009 exams.

 Yes it is abolished form 1-4-2009. 

nd institute declared that FBT will not b asked in exams.

Since the fringe benefit tax has been abolished no question would be asked on tax audit relating to FBT.
