How can we claim depreciation for family planning expendture us 36(1)(ix) for assessee other than company

No deduction is available u/s.36 (1) (ix) in case of a non-corporate assessee. However, a non-corporate assessee may claim deduction u/s. 32 and 37(1), if the relevant conditions are satisfied.
