Don't stress on clauses and book language too much. Remember SA no.'s (easy 15 marks at least). Read practice manual for cases of professional misconduct (easy 12 marks at least). Investigation and company audtitor is same of law (easy 5 marks at least). 8 marks can be fetched from others like bank audit etc.

I always got good marks in auditing at all levels of study and I was good because of my handwritten notes and being able to recognize what questions can be built in a chapter and what are the important parts that an examiner would like to test.

At both levels Vinod Agrawal Sir's book helped me but at inter level it was abhishek parwal sir's coaching that got me over the exemption line.
