Failed to file aoc-4 and mgt7

sir my company fails to file aoc-4 and mgt-7 of fy 2021-22 and also ca has signed the balance sheet on 15-january 2023..
pls guide me what quantum of penalty will be applicable. ?

Failure to file MGT-7 attract penalty of:

Up to 30 Days - 2 times of normal fees
More than 30 days and up to 60 days - 4 times of normal fees
More than 60 days and up to 90 days - 6 times of normal fees
More than 90 days up to 180 days - 10 times of normal fees

More than 180 days - 12 times of normal fees

The penalties for delay in filing the AOC-4 Form are as follows:

If the form is filed within 30 days of the due date, a fee of Rs. 100 per day of delay will be imposed.
If the form is filed more than 30 days after the due date, a fee of Rs. 200 per day of delay will be imposed.
