Steps to solve DSC error "Failed to establish connection to the server. Kindly restart the Emsigner." while filing GSTR.

1. Install latest Java and Emsigner.

2. Quit the Emsigner from system tray icon.

3. CMD (as admin) net interface port proxy add v4tov4 listenport=1645 listenaddress=127.0.0.1 connectport=1585 connectaddress=127.0.0.1

4. Open Chrome - settings - advanced - content settings - javascriptt - under allow tab click "add" on right side - and add this address- https://127.0.0.1:1585 and also https://120.0.0.1:1585

5. Run Chrome and open link https://127.0.0.1:1585 on advanced link click proceed

6. Run emsigner as administrator.

7. Hurray! Now you can sign your GSTR using DSC.

sir, i have done all the process said by you, before i have succeded follwing this step, now i tried few times this process, it is failed by me ? i think it is something changed ,please confirm

Hello,

 

Can anyone please share the installer file via google drive? When I tried to download the installer from the GST portal (Register / update DSC), it shows "File not Found". I have been trying to update my DSC but failing to do so due to this.

TRY THIS Settings

Open Interner Explorer > Settings > Internet Options > Security > Trusted Sites > Sites > Add https://127.0.0.1:1585

Privacy > Sites > Add https://127.0.0.1:1585 and allow

Open Control Panel > JAVA > Security > Edit Site List > add https://127.0.0.1:1585

Remember you can configure One PC per internet connection it mean you have only one internet connection in 10 PC then only one pc can workable.

and try different connetion for different PC with this configuration.

Here is the solution for this error in Mozilla firefox:

1. Open Mozilla firefox >> Go to Tools >> Options >> Click on Privacy & Security Tab.

2. Scroll down to Security and ensure the below options are selected.

 a) Block dangerous and deceptive content

 b) Block dangerous downloads

 c) Warn you about unwanted and uncommon software

If you still can not resolve the issue you may have to configure your emsigner and make free https://127.0.0.1:1585 port
