Failed in filling mgt 14

If Company need to File MGT 14 u/s 180 . Filing date was suppose to be 30th June . Now what wouldbe the circumstance in this scenario . Can they file now ? If yes what would be Its penalty or interest or other charges ?

for delay More than 60 days and upto 90 days- addtional fees wiil be 6 times of normal filing fees

It can be filed within a period of 270 days, from due date, with additional fees....after that application for condonation of delay will be required to be made......

As such in my case i have been delayed by 120 days ... Can u pls guide me how much would be my filling fees which include interest and other charges ?

Dear Bimal,

If period of delay is more than 90 days and up to 180 days, fee is 10 times of normal filing fee.

Normal fee depends on your company's authorized capital
