The CA Intermediate course, also known as IPCC (Integrated Professional Competence Course), is the second level of the Chartered Accountancy course in India. The subjects for CA Intermediate are: Group 1: 1. Accounting (700 marks) 2. Corporate Laws and Other Laws (600 marks) - Company Law - Partnership Act - Income-tax Law - Service Tax 3. Cost Accounting and Financial Management (600 marks) - Cost Accounting - Financial Management Group 2: 1. Advanced Accounting (700 marks) 2. Auditing and Assurance (600 marks) 3. Enterprise Information Systems and Strategic Management (600 marks) - Enterprise Information Systems - Strategic Management Additionally, students have to undergo a compulsory training program called "Integrated Course on Information Technology and Soft Skills" (ICITSS).
