I was trying to submit the Spice+ Part B Form on web but since last 10 days, getting same error "UNABLE TO READ FILE". I raised tickets various times but no resolution till date.
By this post, I request resp. professionals to guide in this matter.

To fix the "Unable to read file" error in SPICe+ Part B, clear your browser's cache, restart the EMSigner utility as an administrator, and ensure your attached PDF file names are short, strictly alphanumeric, and free of special characters or spaces.
