I WANT TO DO APPEAL AGAINST FACELESS ASSESSMENT ORDER.

BUT IN FORM 35 POINT NO. 3 WRITTEN AS   :-

INCOME TAX AUTHORITY PASSING THE ORDER....... ?

THEN WHO WILL AUTHORITY PASSING THE ORDER NEAC OR OUR PRESENT JURISDICTION OFFICER.

NEAC is the authority who will pass the faceless assessments order thus appeal will against him
