Faceless Appeal -CIT-A

Having filed our submissions in response to Notice, can we file  additions to some arguments and additional case laws to support and strengthen our case ? Is there a provision to amend submissions already filed?

Quick Summary
After filing your initial submissions for a CIT(A) appeal, you may be wondering if you can add further arguments or supporting case laws. The good news is that you can indeed submit additional case laws at any point during the assessment by the AO. If your new arguments are dependent on these case laws, you can also present them to strengthen your case.

You can submit additional case laws anytime during assessment by AO. Arguments dependent on case laws you can submit.
