I tried to download Form 16 for the year 2011-12 as I did from tin-nsdl.com.

I could not download. the response I got is

"Download request cannot be submitted as Form 24Q for Q4 has not been submitted / processed for selected Financial Year"

Whereas I submitted the return on 24-11-2012. vide ack. no.030070600956130.

If I am not wrong, I have the same problem, I have filed the return for 2011-12 in tin-nsdl, we will not get form 16a since the datas has to updated in TRACES. Only then we can download
